Tally Interface

Tally Interface Bridge is an interface for transferring data related to Accounts from Siebel* CRM / AutoDeal* / TDMS* to Tally.ERP9* or any other accounting software.

Tally Interface Bridge directly connects the Auto Deal / TDMS data or reads the CSV data file from Siebel CRM and generates the Master and Voucher SDF files (Tally 6.3/7.2 format) which can then be imported directly to Tally.ERP9.

We assure you that this package will remove the drudgery involved in re-entering the accounting/inventory data into your accounting software manually.

This reduces the entire workload of data entry for the accounting personnel by 90-95%. All that needs to be done is reconciliation of data between the systems. It helps the accounting personnel to concentrate on more important tasks like MIS for management.

Tally Interface Bridge includes

1. Mapping of Siebel CRM / AutoDeal / DMS / TDMS accounting codes to Tally.ERP9 accounting heads is provided in the interface.
2. Customer master for Service Invoice and Car Sales is automatically created in Tally.ERP9. No need to manually create the customer master in Tally.ERP9 first and then import the vouchers.
3. Tax classification can also be specified while mapping accounting codes in Tally Interface Bridge. This facilitates in generating the various GST reports from Tally.ERP9 easily.
4. In a manual entry, the narration of each voucher is NOT consistent and not all the information is captured. Since this can be configured in Tally Interface Bridge, all the necessary details can be standardized and imported in the Narration of voucher consistently.
5. The entire converted customer master as well as accounting vouchers created in Tally.ERP9 will show exactly the same effect as an entry done manually in Tally.ERP9.
6. After importing, if required, the user can add details, make changes as well as delete that master or voucher just like any other master or voucher.
